It means consciously and consistently directing one’s thoughts, words, and behaviors toward the creation of a better world.

About the Live A Difference Foundation

The Live a Difference Foundation (LADF) was established in November 1999 to connect people and enterprises in ways that facilitate positive change and improvement for a sustainable planet. 

Our areas of involvement include efforts to improve health, the environment, remedy economic and social injustices, and enhance the quality of life for communities worldwide.  

LADF seeks to be an inspiration and a conduit for the cumulative actions of many people in ways that transform social and environmental conditions around the planet.  

Live A Difference is a National Heritage Foundation (NHF). Incorporated in 1994, NHF facilitates the conduct of charitable, educational, scientific or religious activities by consolidating the administration of these charitable projects.

The National Heritage Foundation:

·         Helps individuals, corporations and communities express themselves in the charitable, educational, scientific and religious sector;

·         Initiates charitable activities in the spirit that may eventually become self-supporting independent foundations;

·         Provides a vehicle for replacing tax-dollars with charitable dollars, thus lessening the burdens of government;

·         Teaches and promotes legal and philosophical principles of charitable giving.

·         Ensures strict compliance with the Internal Revenue Code and Federal and State Regulations.

As a National Heritage effort, Live A Difference currently relies on tax-deductible contributions from individuals and organizations.  We are not independently classified as 501(c)3  but as part of the NHF umbrella can leverage their non-profit status as ours.  We can currently solicit contributions in all 50 states.
